By accessing oyveybeats.com or engaging OyVey Audio LLC ("OyVey Audio," "we," "us") for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.

OyVey Audio provides remote audio post-production services, which may include podcast editing, audio cleanup and noise reduction, mixing and enhancement, intro and outro editing, and audio formatting and delivery. The specific services for your project are defined in your accepted project agreement.

Quotes are based on audio length, recording quality, editing complexity, turnaround requirements, and requested deliverables. A project begins only after a quote or agreement is accepted. Exact timelines, deliverables, and included revisions are established in that accepted agreement.

You agree to provide accurate project information, deliver audio files in a usable condition, respond to reasonable questions in a timely way, and review delivered work within the agreed period.

You confirm that you own, or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to edit, all audio, music, and other materials you submit. You are responsible for the content of your submissions.

You are responsible for ensuring that any music, sound effects, or third-party material you provide is properly licensed for your intended use. We do not provide licenses for third-party material, and original music composition is not included unless separately agreed.

Timelines are set in the accepted project agreement. Delays caused by late, incomplete, or unusable files, or by delayed feedback, may extend the schedule.

Revisions are available within the scope and number stated in your accepted agreement. Requests that go beyond the agreed scope, such as additional material or different deliverables, may require an updated quote.

Fees, payment methods, and payment timing are stated in your quote or project agreement before work begins. Charges outside the agreed scope will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.

As between you and OyVey Audio, you retain ownership of your original recordings and content. Upon full payment of agreed fees, you may use the delivered edited files for their intended purposes, subject to the rights in any third-party materials. We retain ownership of our website, branding, and methods.

We treat the non-public materials and information you share for your project as confidential and use them only to perform the contracted services, except where disclosure is required by law.

Audio restoration results depend on the quality of the original recording, and we cannot guarantee a particular outcome for severely damaged or poorly captured audio. Services are provided remotely and based on materials you supply.

You may request cancellation by contacting percypratcher@oyveybeats.com. Cancellation and any related charges are handled according to the accepted project agreement and our Refund Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OyVey Audio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky, unless otherwise required by law.
